The iRobot App allows you to monitor the water tank and receive alerts when it's low. 2. Roborock Q Revo The Q Revo is a low-cost robot that does a great job vacuuming and mopping. The mopping capabilities are impressive, especially considering the price. It can be used to mop hard floors and carpets with a fine-to- large debris (think hair tangles kitty litter, cereal of all sizes). It also does an excellent job at cleaning up dried spills and messes. It is also ideal for cleaning up stairs and other places where it is easy to become stuck. The mopping system utilizes rotating pads to scrub your floors and eliminate dirt and grime, even from areas that are stuck. The pad also completely dries with 45 minutes of warm air after each cleaning, preventing mold and unpleasant odors. You can control the robot via the Roborock App or your voice to start mopping or change settings, and much more. Its performance in vacuuming is top-quality, too. It has a powerful suction and high-efficiency filter that captures small to large particles easily. The only drawback is that it's not as effective on carpets with pet hair. Ten percent of pet hair was still on the test surface after two cycles at max power, which isn't unheard of in the world of vacuuming. The Q Revo is a fantastic product that is able to provide excellent navigation and obstacle avoidance. It also has excellent cleaning and mopping capabilities. It's not as great as a top-quality mop and robot vacuum, but it's still an excellent option for anyone on a budget. It also charges up to 30% quicker than the previous models and works with Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri Shortcuts. This is a lot of ease for not a whole lot of money. Yeedi Cube The Yeedi Cube vacuum/mop robot is inexpensive and comes with many great features. Setup is a breeze and takes only five minutes. After removal of the manufacturing tape and protective plastic, a quick scan of the QR code on the app gets you started. The app is intuitive and walks you through the process with ease. Once the Cube is configured the Cube is now ready to begin mapping and cleaning. The app allows you to create maps and modify the layout of your home. The app can also divide rooms into smaller parts to better cater to your requirements. For instance, you can create a map of the kitchen area and another one for the living area and let the robot clean the floors of each room at different times. As compared to other robots I've tested The Yeedi Cube has a unique design that gives it an industrial feel. Its base station is more modular than other models, with the dirty water tank and auto-empty feature on one side, and the vacuum on the other. The reusable mop pad is also separate, slotting into the top of the robot and affixed to a handle on the front for easy removal and refilling. The vacuum is as efficient as any other robot I've tested, and it has two side brushes instead of the single brush that is common on models. This increases the vacuum's coverage area and reduces the possibility of debris being lost around walls and furniture. However, it does have some issues with object detection and a tendency to run full speed into objects, like the tassel rug I have in my office. 4. iRobot Braava Jet m6 The iRobot Braava Jet m6 robot mop is a great option for maintaining your floors. It does an excellent job and will keep them looking great. It's not able to vacuum like other hybrids and cannot move from hard flooring to carpets or rugs. However, due to its long battery life and smart mopping features, this robot is a great choice for small and mid-sized houses. It can be used in dry sweeping mode as well it can clean up to 1,000 square feet at one charge. It can also draw your floor plan using the iRobot App and clean your rooms in a series using compatible Roomba vacuums. When it is used in wet mopping mode, the m6 makes use of a precise spray to dampen the floor in straight and efficient lines. It was fascinating to watch, and it was able remove even the most stubborn dried-in coffee and juice staining my floors. It can be set up to use less water or more than the maximum amount set by the app. The iRobot app is one of the top available and allows you to sync with your home's wi-fi network simple.
